System One is currently recruiting for an IT Support Specialist for our client in the Gregory, TX area. This is a 12 month contract position with likely extension. Working 40/hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

IT Support Responsibilities:
+ Provide employee support for the company s provided IT solutions
+ Includes, but is not limited to, troubleshooting users PC hardware and software related problems
+ Helping employees get the most out of the tools and technology they use
+ Ensuring employees with company-provided PCs understand and support company policies to meet their computing needs
+ Requires good networking skills
+ Build relationships within the company s environment as an advocate for the employees
+ Working within the network of professionals and other support functions leveraging best practices and knowledge sharing to ensure quick resolution of employee problems.
+ Provide meet and greet experience in the employee support center
+ Create an experience promoting the value that IT creates in the company s work environment
+ Understanding and resolving employee problems, sharing best practices on the use of company tools and available technology
+ Document proven solutions for leveraging across other support functions
IT Support Qualifications:College Degree or equivalent IT Support experience
+ Solid Technical knowledge of PC and desktop software
+ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Office 365 Preferred)
+ Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
+ Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
+ Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
+ Strong oral communication skills.
+ Strong ability to learn
+ Ability to navigate resolution of complex issues
+ Ability to present ideas in user-friendly and easy-to-understand way
+ Self-motivated
+ Strong understanding and capable to provide excellent customer service experience
