Lease units by agreesively selling the products and services of the property, provide customer service to prospective residents and residents. Assist the Property Manager in development and implementation of marketing plans and stategies to include preparing flyers, updating marketing advertisements, outside marketing calls and completing accounting tranaction reports and other administrative functions. Effectively handle telephone inquires and onsite tours with proactive followup communications; ensure units are ready for showing and inspect units prior to move in to ensure they are ready and on move out day to assess damages. Maintain established closing ratios and property occupancy standards and have a thorough knowledge of the property and that of major competitors.
Hourly wage plus bonus incentives; excellent benefits. EOE

Job Requirements
Must have valid driver's license
Able to work weekends and on-call as needed
Computer skills related to marketing and accounting software systems
Thorough knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
Excellent communication skills on the phone and in person
Strong Customer Service Orientation
Ability to read and write English fluently
Good organizational skills
Ability to "close" a sale
Ability to accurately perform mathematical functions
